This year, we won’t be posting traditional Christmas cards to our clients, suppliers and friends. Instead we wanted to do something more worthwhile with our festive budget.
We’ve given over £600 to help homeless people get off the streets and have a brighter Christmas. Our donation has been made to the Crisis at Christmas appeal, a national campaign that provides a safe and warm environment for homeless people to spend Christmas Day in.
We decided that we’d reserve one place at Crisis per member of staff here at RKH. This money will provide 28 homeless people with three nutritious meals, a shower, a change of clothes and a health check.
The campaign really struck a chord with everyone here, especially at this time of year when most of us are together with loved ones with a warm roof over our heads.
