Each Kellogg’s plant operates as its own entity, with all of them effectively competing with one another so they can manufacture the top product names from across the brand. Every three years they develop a Compelling Business Need (CBN), which is a roadmap each plant follows so they can make improvements and positive change. We worked alongside the Wrexham plant to develop their CBN, creating all the artwork and an animation, as well as vinyls and displays for the plant itself and promotional items for the staff.
