Our work for Taylor Wimpey includes brand development and management, place marketing strategies and producing all of the marketing collateral for 6 regional business units. Alongside this, we also work closely with Head Office on national campaigns.

Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire required help conveying the specification of their Elite Collection of 5 and 6 bedroom homes in the historic market town of Thame. Homes at the development featured exclusive high specification details such as oak finishing touches, designer kitchens and integrated appliances. Taylor Wimpey wanted a piece of marketing collateral that conveyed the quality of homes being built and highlighted what makes Thame such a desirable place to live.


For every new Taylor Wimpey development, we produce a specification sheet detailing what’s included in the customer’s new home. Due to the amount of extras and options available to property buyers at Thame Park, we decided we needed to highlight this information to customers in a new format that was both visually engaging and informative.

The specification booklet we produced detailed further information about Thame Park, including the benefits of the location, details on the moving schemes available, and a room-by-room breakdown of extras included in each of the homes.

To ensure the booklet had a luxurious feel, we used various print finishes including gold foil blocking on the front cover and a varnish finish throughout on key images and logos. This created a highly visually engaging booklet that caught customer's eyes and encouraged them to pick it up. The detailed information and high-quality imagery helped to fully convey the quality of homes for sale.
