Vision Express Creative in-store and POS campaigns

Background

Vision Express is the third largest optical retailer in the UK with just under 600 stores nationwide. Carrying both own brand eyewear ranges and a wide variety of designer styles, Vision Express is committed to providing unmatched customer service and the best personalised optical care.

After a competitive pitch, we were awarded the account for in-store campaigns and point of sale work across all of Vision Express’s stores in both the UK and Ireland.

Approach

We work alongside the in-store campaigns and projects, store support, HR and CRM teams to create campaigns to help promote eye health and highlight the designer brands that Vision Express stocks. Each campaign is designed and developed by our creative team, who start by discussing concepts with the teams at Vision Express before developing this into the finished design. Our work has included store window banners and posters, glasses display collateral, press and outdoor advertising, internal documents and leaflets to be handed out to customers.

As with all retail work, deadlines are often short and immovable, which makes this a challenging and fast-paced account to work on. The team have to be ready to take on any task and work closely together to ensure that each stage of the project is completed within the strict timeframes, so that all final deadlines are met.

Results

We’ve produced eye catching in-store campaigns for promotions such as free eye tests and free retinal photography. The team have also worked on campaigns for some exciting designer brands including Ted Baker, Chanel and Ray-Ban. The campaigns have been a real hit and it’s been incredibly satisfying to see our work adorning stores right across the country.
