We’re chocolate lovers here at RKH, so we were thrilled to be taking a lead role in last month's relaunch of Leicester-based chocolate shop, Cocoa Amore.
Having relocated from their original shop in the historic Silver Arcade, the team at Cocoa Amore recently opened the doors of a new store in Silver Street. Following a £50,000 refurbishment, it seemed only fitting to celebrate with an evening of demonstrations, live music and incredible chocolate!
We designed posters for the launch, made up enticing wrappers for the Chocolatier’s edible invitations and created some stylish invites designed to look just like Charlie Bucket’s ‘Golden Ticket’. Our PR team also ensured regional media and other local influencers were there to spread the word and help attract customers to the new shop.
It was really pleasing to see so many new and familiar faces at the event, and to hear lots of wonderful comments about the treats on offer, both in person and on social media. People seemed to particularly love the special edible invites.
Cocoa Amore has gained both regional and national awards including ‘Leicester’s Best New Business’ in 2013 and a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. Last year, Pete Gardiner, Chocolatier and owner, was one of only ten retailers to be invited to Downing Street to take part in the Chancellor’s Christmas market.
As well as producing amazing chocolates, Pete also offers chocolate-making classes in the first floor workshop. To find out some more, pop into the store or visit the Cocoa Amore website.
