The Leicester Business Festival launched last week, bringing together companies from across the region and encouraging collaboration and investment across a range of sectors and industries. With Leicester being one of the most culturally diverse business locations in the UK, we were proud to be part of this year's festival, holding a unique workshop on User Research.
Hosted by our digital director, Paul Sculthorpe, and user researcher, Saransh Gupta, the seminar provided a comprehensive introduction to user testing and an insight into how businesses around the world are benefiting from applying user research methods when it comes to designing their own products and services.
The sold-out event also gave attendees the opportunity to have a tour of our new Porthole User Research Lab, and find out more about the ability to accurately test people’s reactions to new products and websites through digital user research.
Following the success of the 2015 festival, we were proud to be a part of this year's event and look forward to working with organisations across Leicestershire that are interested in finding out more about user research.
