Melissa and Mayur are both part of our Account Management team, having been at RKH for four years and five years respectively. The pandemic and the ensuing changes to working life was a shock to everyone, and took some time to adjust to. However, once they’d adjusted, Melissa and Mayur ‘flew’, to borrow a phrase from Jamie Mollart, Director of Client Services. They’ve both really pushed themselves, excelling in their work and these promotions are richly deserved rewards.

Melissa is now a Senior Account Executive, playing an increasingly important part in our work with The Shires, Cambridge & Counties Bank, and Taylor Wimpey Manchester. Mayur has been promoted to Junior Account Executive, looking after his own accounts including Vistry Homes.

Mayur and Melissa are two extremely driven, proactive and focussed individuals, and we’re very lucky to have them on our team. It’s clear that they’re both on upward trajectories, and after a fantastic 2021, we’re looking forward to seeing what they can do in 2022.
